At the helm of Admiral Testing Services is Captain Chiang Joo Boon, a seasoned professional with over 40 years of expertise in the cargo survey and inspection industry. His extensive knowledge and proven leadership have been instrumental in shaping the company into a trusted name globally.
Before founding Admiral Testing Services in 2006, Captain Chiang served as the Managing Director of Caleb Brett/Inchcape Testing Services for an impressive 19 years. During his tenure, he spearheaded the company’s expansion from just two offices to sixteen offices across Malaysia, growing the team to approximately 200 personnel. His strategic vision and dedication to excellence transformed the organization into a leader in its field.
As the Managing Director of Admiral Testing Services, Captain Chiang brings a legacy of innovation, integrity, and quality assurance to every aspect of the company’s operations. His ability to navigate complex challenges, coupled with his commitment to maintaining the highest industry standards, ensures that Admiral Testing Services remains at the forefront of testing, surveying, and inspection services worldwide
